More than 99.7% of families living in third world countries, live on less than $2 per day.  The western world believe, giving charity will fix the problem.  Charity does not fix the problem, but instead creates a reliance economy.  These people don't need charity, they need access to opportunity, and access to capital.

Our mission is to lift millions of people out of poverty, creating opportunity, creating jobs, and improving living conditions & infrastructure, whilst providing access to capital through our projects & investments.

Our roots originate a century ago, when Fred Fletcher, set up the origins of what would later become The Enyaw Group.  Read more about where it all started.

• 1924 - Fred Fletcher, a brick layer from Nottingham UK, sets up Fletcher Building Contractors, providing construction services.

• 1959 - Dennis Fox, a mechanical & electrical engineer from Nottingham UK, sets up D.P. Fox, providing M&E contracting services to commercial & industrial clients

• 1961 - Fletcher Building Contractors merges with Mackintosh Property Maintenance.  The combined business is rebranded to 'Mackintosh Developments', developing residential developments across the East Midlands, UK

• 1979 - 1989 - D.P Fox is rebranded to 'Fox Electrical'.  The business expands across the East Midlands, Yorkshire, West Midlands & the South East regions

• 1989 - Mackintosh Developments merges with Fox Electrical.  The combined business is rebranded to 'The Fox Group', providing M&E contracting, Property development, & Property maintenance

• 1990 - The group open their Scotland office, & launch their first residential development in the Scottish Highlands
• 1991 - 2009 - Aside from growing the M&E business across Scotland, the group renovates & develops various types of property including Hotels, Offices, Listed manor houses, & Luxury homes

• 2005 - 'Highland Vacation' is launched, a hospitality company providing high quality serviced accommodation across Scotland

• 2009 - The M&E contracting group, Fox Electrical is sold

• 2012 - The hospitality company, Highland Vacation is sold

• 2021 - The Fox Group is rebranded to 'The Enyaw Group', to represent a shift of focus, & move toward a full time joint venture model of working

• 2024 - Enyaw Property, the property development business is rebranded to 'TBA', to better align with our model of creating JV & licence brands.  Focus on developing healthy 5 star, off-grid resorts & villages in frontier markets, working with established partners to deliver them
