How the model works

Enyaw Property work in partnership with investors, landowners, governments & operators, creating a channel for capital to flow into cross-border economies, so those economies can flourish, whilst earning a healthy return for investors.

1. We identify a suitable site to develop / redevelop a wellness resort, or village

2. We work with local government & landowners to create a development masterplan

3. We attract cross-border investment to develop the project

4. We create joint venture partnerships with local businesses to deliver the project

5. We repay project investors, & share excess profits with our JV partners

6. We build local infrastructure to provide food, water, energy & shelter for the local people

7. We work with the local community to invest profits into local businesses & opportunities

A lifecycle approach to development

With every development, we focus on selecting the materials based on their whole-life cost & durability. This often means we make a much larger investment at the build phase, but maintenance is drastically reduced over the life of the building. We also focus on using sustainable, natural, and non-toxic materials, both in the construction, and the furnishing stages.

We take responsibility for the lifecycle maintenance of every development, meaning our investors don't need to worry about unexpected breakdowns or unplanned expenses in the future.

Our development guarantee

To maintain the security of every development, each project is ringfenced inside it's own SPV (special purpose vehicle). We also work with institutional investors to fund the build-out phase of each project.

The Enyaw Group have been involved in developing real estate projects since 1924. In 2021, the company shifted focus from developing in the UK, instead choosing to focus on projects in other jurisdictions. To assist this new plan, the company adopted a joint venture model, co-investing alongside other experienced partners, to deliver iconic landmark projects together. Each partner have decades of experience in delivering projects, working with global brands.
